The Service Provider, as the controller of personal data provided to it on the basis of a contract concluded with the Client (verbally or in writing) or on the basis of the Client's consent or with the consent of the Client, undertakes to process such personal data in accordance with the law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

II. Legal basis, purpose and duration of processing of personal data

A. Legal basis for processing personal data processed for the performance of a contract concluded with the client, not on the basis of consent to processing.

The provision of personal data is an obligation of the data subject - the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") arising from the above-mentioned contracts

Period of processing of personal data

Personal data will be processed for the duration of the above-mentioned contracts and after their termination will be handled in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular Act No. 499/2004 Coll. on archiving and filing services and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

A client who enters into a contract or gives his/her consent via the service provider's website gives consent to the service provider to send the newsletter and to use the personal data for the service provider's marketing.

photographic documentation, references, live events, workshops

The Client who participates in the Provider's live or online events, provides the Provider with a reference or comment, grants the Provider a license to use the photo documentation, references and comments for the benefit of its business.

Purpose of processing

To offer and inform about the services or products of the service provider. The consent thus granted excludes the possibility of using the clients' personal data for the benefit of third parties.

Period of processing of personal data

Personal data will be processed for the duration of the validity of the client's consent to processing for the defined purpose, and after the expiry or withdrawal of the client's consent, they will be handled in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular Act No. 499/2004 Coll. (Act on Archiving and File Service and on Amendments to Certain Acts) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

III. Cookie

When browsing the website, the IP address of the client, how long he stays on the page and from which page he comes are recorded. The use of cookies to measure website traffic and to personalise the display of the website is seen as a legitimate interest of the service provider, as the service provider can offer a better service as a result. Cookies for advertising targeting are only processed on the basis of the client's consent.

The provider's website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. The client can disable the use of cookies on their computer.

IV. Information related to the processing of the client's personal data is part of the concluded contract.

V. Rights of the client

The right of access to personal data means that the client has the right to obtain information from the controller as to whether the controller processes his/her personal data and, if so, which data are processed and how they are processed. The client also has the right to have inaccurate personal data relating to him or her rectified by the controller without undue delay at his or her request. The client has the right to complete incomplete personal data at any time.

The right to erasure of personal data is, in other words, an obligation on the controller to erase the personal data it processes about the client if certain conditions are met and the client so requests.

The client has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of his/her personal data in certain cases. The client has the right to object at any time to processing which is based on the legitimate interests of the controller, a third party or is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.

The right to data portability gives the client the possibility to obtain the personal data he has provided to the controller in a common and machine-readable format. He may subsequently transmit this data to another controller or, if technically feasible, request that the controllers transmit it between themselves.<

The right to withdraw consent at any time gives the client the opportunity to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. However, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time does not apply in cases where the client's personal data is processed for the performance of a contract concluded with the client and not on the basis of consent to processing.

The client may exercise his/her rights by using the form "request to exercise the rights of the data subject".

If the client is in any way dissatisfied with the processing of his/her personal data carried out by the controller, he/she may lodge a complaint directly with the controller or contact the Data Protection Authority.
