1. Is a therapy with lasting results?

Yes, therapy brings about a permanent harmonization of the issue you are dealing with.

2. How long is the therapy and how I should prepaire for it?  

Therapy is long like 4 hours and it is good to eat some light snack before.

During the therapy you can lie in bed or you can sit on the sofa. 

3. Can you admit me urgently? 

Each therapist has certain appointment times. I try not to keep them long so that I can help clients address their issues in a timely manner. If you need an urgent appointment, you can contact me via the urgent whatsapp button in the "Contact" section.

How we connect for therapy session?

I work with all my clients online via Skype - it has worked best for me over the years. It has a stable picture and great over audio. As an alternative, I work with whatsapp video calling."

What is the course of therapy?

The first hour of the session I just talk to you about your problem, your feelings and your life. I listen to you so I can feel you. Afterwards, we will harmonize everything together in therapy. The therapy is done with your eyes closed so you can target your feelings and is guided by my voice. With a very gentle technique we release all traumas, negative beliefs and emotions away.
